I love this place! Steph does a great job making you feel special. There's a friendliness about Vault that is lacking at a lot of other places. I highly recommend getting a membership so you can try out the different classes.

I recently discovered VAULT’s cycle classes and just love the atmosphere here. The classes are challenging yet the instructors are kind and inspiring and encourage everyone to take care of themselves. The facility is beautiful, clean, and high tech. It seems like a lovely community of people, too. I’m looking forward to also trying out the boxing classes.

I've been to a few studios now around the world, and this one was one of my faves! The vibe inside is so welcoming, the staff and instructors are so friendly and helpful and the owner was also there everytime I went and SO incredibly kind! It was such a nice experience from entry to exit. After your first class you get a nice cute welcome gift too! I did the spin classes with Breanna and Michelle, and they were lit 🔥. Also, those cold eucalyptus towels at the end of class are a great touch I've never experienced before, and so refreshing!! The studio being in the vault of the old bank is pretty awesome too, it has been very well done as a studio. I wish them all the success, and I'll def be back when I'm back in Rochester✨! Thank you for your hospitality, ladies ! 🫶🏼

TLDR: The vibes are immaculate, the classes are fun and it's worth the money. Before visiting this studio, I was suspicious of the high ratings. After attending classes for a couple of months, the 5 star ratings are well-deserved. What sets Vault apart? Aside from the clean and beautiful building, the dedication and kindness of the instructors make Vault feel so special. All the instructors are fantastic, but I have to shout out Michelle who always gives a little extra to her classes. I highly recommend Vault for people like me who need accountability to exercise regularly. I look forward to my Vault classes every week, especially when I'm having a bad day.

Clean gym with a lot of supportive staff, instructors and clients. As a beginner I felt welcome and continue to come back. As someone who never prioritized going to the gym, Vault is definitely made a change in that. Love Bre's, Maddie's and Clint's classes. There are classes for different levels and exercises are made to be adjusted to your skill level so every class is suitable for everyone as long as you're down to try :) The vibes are also immaculate and playlists keep you moving.

Best gym in Rochester, the staff is incredible and create such a welcoming and friendly environment. Every single instructor is amazing, motivating and they all lead unique and challenging classes. The studio space is beautiful, designed in a way that creates a space for community, and always very clean. This gym changed attitude around working out, made me fall back in love with it , and genuinely changed my life.

I moved to Rochester late 2023 knowing nothing about the area or the people, and immediately found a community to call home at Vault! The studio space is inviting, the members and instructors are amazing, and the overall environment is exactly what I was looking for in a fitness studio. I’m so fortunate to be able to contribute to this community as an instructor and provide the same sense of belonging to others that I felt when I first stepped foot in the studio for the first time. Vault is the best of the best in the ROC area!
